on-line data and e-commerce system of Kulicke & Soffa. If you

| K&S BladePro uses and stores personal information to personalize
the site and associate the business transaction with the proper
customer. Here are the types of information we collect: |
- Information you give us: Access to K&S BladePro
requires registration. At the time of registration, we collect
personally identifiable information including your name, job
title and responsibilities; your company name and address; and
your e-mail address. This information is required by our internal
policies to confirm you as a valid user and properly configure
the system for your use. If you do not provide this information,
we will be unable to grant you access.
- Automatic information: Logging-in to K&S BladePro
automatically loads the appropriate configuration and permissions
associated with your user ID. Additionally, certain information
about your use of K&S BladePro is automatically collected.
This information includes data such as your login and password,
IP address, what Uniform Resource Locator (URL) you used to reach
K&S BladePro (if any), what sites you visit within K&S
BladePro. This information is used only in aggregate to optimize
the performance and design of K&S BladePro.
- Electronic communications: If you submit or store
information in K&S BladePro, we will have visibility to that
information and may contact you by e-mail or other means unless
you explicitly request otherwise. Certain automated responses
such as acknowledgements may be sent to the e-mail address you
provide at time of registration even if you request an alternate
means of communicating. Such e-mail addresses are not used for
any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We
may also use your e-mail address for certain communications we
feel are of interest to you. Certain of these communications
may be deemed critical for the functionality of K&S BladePro.

| When you log-in to K&S BladePro, we will place in your computer
memory small strings of text known as "cookies". These
cookies contain information used by the various applications of
K&S BladePro to identify you without requiring you to log-in
separately. These cookies do not and cannot provide K&S BladePro

deleted when you log out of K&S BladePro or are logged-out
automatically. If you fail to log-out or are unable to, the cookies
are deleted when you shutdown your browser normally. |
